Throbr Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Replova Labs Private Limited ("we", "us") for your use of the Throbr app and related services. By creating an account or using Throbr, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines (in the app under Settings). If you do not agree, do not use Throbr.

1. Who can use Throbr

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• You may have only one account, and must not use Throbr if we have banned you before or if you are a registered sex offender.
• We may ask you to confirm your age or identity at any time.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. Tell us at support@throbr.in if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account) or at throbr.in/delete-account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

3. How you must behave

You must not:

• use Throbr for anything illegal, or to harass, stalk, threaten or abuse anyone;
• post false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone;
• share sexually explicit content, offer or solicit commercial sex, or show anything involving minors;
• ask other users for money, or promote products or services;
• collect other users' data, use bots or scripts, or try to get around our security.

Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, a warning, suspension or a permanent ban. Live streams and photos are checked automatically for unsafe content.

4. Your content

You own the photos, text and other content you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and send it only so that we can run the service. We may remove content that breaks our rules. You can report any profile, message or stream from inside the app.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

• Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Coins, boosts and other add-ons are digital items used inside Throbr; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Android: purchases are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions bought through Google Play renew automatically until you cancel them in the Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Website and event tickets: payments are processed by Razorpay. Plans bought on the website do not renew automatically.

6. Refunds

• For purchases made through Google Play, you can request a refund from Google under Google Play's refund policy, or contact us.
• We refund a first subscription purchase if you ask within 7 days, and any purchase that did not work because of a fault on our side.
• Used coins and other consumed items, and accounts closed for breaking these Terms, are not refunded.
• Event tickets are refunded according to the event's own cancellation terms.

To ask for a refund, email support@throbr.in with your order ID. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Safety

Throbr helps people meet but cannot guarantee anyone's identity, intentions or behaviour, and we do not run criminal background checks. Never send money or financial details to someone you met on Throbr, meet in public places, and report anything suspicious.

8. Our service and intellectual property

The Throbr name, logo, design and software belong to Replova Labs Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission. We use third-party services to run Throbr (listed in the Privacy Policy); their own terms apply to your use of them.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Throbr is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, that profiles are accurate, or that you will find a match. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of someone else's rights.

11. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally and through mediation. If that fails, it will be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, and the courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you continue to use Throbr after that, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.

13. General

If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines are the whole agreement between you and us about Throbr.
